Well it's me again with a few tutorial/resource sites that I have come across in the last few weeks, I'm still looking for anyone who wishes to join our Resource blog and make contributions email Timarena or note her on dA.

Fantasy Art Tutorials and Technique Resources -Has some very good tutorials and resources for those not wishing to draw anime style, but more towards a fantasy look. I definantly recommend this site, why? Because it has a good resource called, Principles and Use of Color a must read. They even have a Skin tone tutorial!

FINEART.SK - Have you been searching for hours trying to find that one pose... well here you go a site that features poses, it has anatomy to tutorials! No artist can go wrong if they have the correct anatomy.

Polykarbon - now this site even though it hasn't been updated since... well a long time it is still a great tutorial site! All the links do work and I recommend reading through a few!

The Idiot's Guide to Editing Manga - Created by Kalendel, a great site for those who are looking to scan/translate/edit RAW manga or looking to clean up your scans for web users.

Tutorials Club - On deviantArt, this club has faved (and organzied) every tutorial that is suggested, or sent to the club by note. Great club to be a member of because you can always find a tutorial. (I am a member myself.) Quite a useful dA club to watch/use.

Welcome to The Artists' Resource

This site much like Timarena's Trainwreck, Resource will feature the following:

- Free Downloadable Photoshop Goods

- Reviews of Art/Artists sites or Just some random review.

- Top 5 Arts of the Week/Month

- Tips and Tutorials

- Free Stock Sites

I, like many other budding artists just starting out never can find the best stuff... so I'd like to help others as I hope one day those others help the world's artists, I personally love to help other people my friends included. So as of today welcome to Timarena's Art Blog, I hope this helps you out.

To start off this blog I would like to share what I just discovered tonight -

MyPhotoshopBrushes.com - Well I came upon it when searching for some patterns for a mononoke wallpaper project I was about to begin, and well I found this (Thanks to Google Search for finding this) It features not only brushes but, patterns, gradients, tutorials and shapes. A handy place to go.

Stockvault.net - To what I assume is a sister site of MyPhotoshopBrushes.com, comes a stock image site. Now they dont mind you just stoping by and saving a few stocks, but if you have the time register, they would prefer you do. All images are free.

Vector Stock - Now this one isn't free downloads, but cheap! They do however ask that you register for the site. Their images cost up to 10$, but hey its stock... someone's making it right? They do however have a free section of vectors for those on a tight budget.

Anime Stocks - I found this awhile back when I was in need of some Code Geass images, now they don't have every anime known to MAN but hey... gotta start somewhere right? They are mainly large screenshotted images, in a good quality. This is definantly handy for those making anime wallpapers and vectors.
